I hired this company to do renovations for my home under a 203k loan….. MAJORITY of the work was shotty or half-azzed.
I am LITERALLY PAYING OUT OF POCKET TO CORRECT the many cookie corner jobs they did.
I reached to them via email and spoke with their Bourgie like 30 or less after the work was completed to come correct their errors…. They played games with setting up an appointment and then Covid-19 happened!!! After the quarantine I spoke with Bourgie, who scheduled an appointment for their guys to come check things out…. They never came. I texted and called Bourgie…. NO REPLY!!!!!
Now we’re going on TWO years of me NOT ever getting proper corrections done by MATRIXGC.
This SUCKS. Matrix walked away PAID… and I walked away with things not working well or not at all… pipes leaking (now creating a mold problem)… sheet rock put up wrong etc…. And coming out of...
