Master's Touch Carpet

I had an absolutely wonderful experience beginning to end with Master's Touch. They responded to my initial request within minutes with a detailed overview of the service they offer and very reasonable and clear breakdown of cost. Pavlin came over for an in person estimate and was very honest and professional in his evaluation. On the day of the cleaning he was prompt, courteous, thorough, did a wonderful job and even gave me a discount I had not asked for. My carpets were fairly dirty and look clean and smelled great and I feel we got a better outcome than we were hoping for. I recommend them without reservation

The service was excellently done as they have the latest steam clean machine. They have van that has the steam clean machine and long pipe that comes to your house from driveway. The machine is powerful and sucked entire dirt and grease out of our carpet. The service was quick as well. Good job, will be repeat customer!!
