Installed heat deflectors that cracked after a year of light use. Follow up cleaning revealed multiple issues relating to cap replacement and flue issues. Provided unsolicited repair invoice for issues diagnosed after the the proposal was sent. Company will not return our calls. So unethical. Poor craftsmanship and service. Read more >

Been waiting 2 weeks for a very easy maintenance repair estimate. Guess I don’t get my estimate unless Kenny gets his referral fee to some foundation crew. FYI I had the whole property inspected by a structural engineer for other upcoming projects. There’s no foundation issues. If it’s too small a job please just say so. I have other things to do. Dwight and Jason removed our old fireplace and bricks due to chimney fire. The job they did was fantastic! The stone work is great.
