I contacted Masters Services to clean my dryer vent and to check my gas fireplace. The afternoon of my appointment which I was able to schedule within on day of my call, Andrew contacted me to tell me he was running a bit late and when he would be arriving. He was most pleasant and thorough in listening to my concerns and explaining exactly what he was going to do. After checking both areas, he explained very clearly what he found and how I should trouble shoot in the future. I appreciated the time he spent explaining about my two areas of concern and gave me suggestions of what to do in the future. I look forward to dealing with Masters Services in the future.

Masters Services did a great job! They called 30 minutes ahead each time and were on time. The work was done quickly and the new gas logs look great.

megan arranged a estimate date for us. she had a great personality. Andrew called before he came out & within 30 min. or so we had the exact price to fix our fireplace issues. he was very personable and had a great smile. my uncle rob & I thought he represented the company very well...he answered our questions and he made suggestions to help us make the best decision for our home. thank you Andrew for knowing your profession..look forward to seeing you on Thursday so our puppies can enjoy the fireplace again in this cold weather. appreciate the asap date to get the job done...thank you Curtis & Kristi Emshoff

These guys are quick with promises, but leave too many details out. I had an appointment scheduled for certain time to get an estimate for the leaking chimney. Technician arrived way before scheduled time while nobody was home, didn't contact me and silently e-mailed me an estimate for the wrong chimney. But things get even better. Since I tried to call the office and express my dissatisfaction with the estimate service, company owner, instead of calling me back as promised, refused to provide ordered service to me without any explanation. What a service! So unfortunately I cannot leave a feedback about their product or job quality, only about Customer Service and treating the clients.
