Andrew was the representative who came out today to do a chimney inspection. He was very thorough, and helped me understand the current issues I may be having with my chimney. He was very friendly and I can tell he works well with people. I want him to come out anytime I have an issue with my chimney.

Andrew came by this morning and was outstanding!!!! He was completely thorough. He was on time. VERY informative. Extremely pleasant and GREAT customer service!!!

We totally appreciate it and would recommend highly. Now lets catch the squirrels.

Great experience- was given a lot of options as far as repair/rebuilds and gas logs. The "technician" seemed to really know what he was talking about, and took his time explaining to me everything that needed to be done.
