John came out in response to a relo inspection that required a fireplace and chimney inspection as well as installing a damper lock. The first thing John did was tell me that that type of lock is not required for the wood burning fireplace which is what we have. Saved me some money. Loved that and loved his honesty.
He was very prompt, professional, personable, efficient and very good at his job.

Jon did a fantastic job conducting our inspection and sweep. He was able to break down all the necessary repairs we needed to have done, and the benefits and risks associated with all of them. John and Todd just finished spraying an interliner in my chimney and treating the outside of the chimney with a water sealer. They also made and installed a chimney cap that looked GREAT. Both of these young men took great care in keep the inside of my houseclean and left no mess on the outside of the house. As a matter of fact, you could not tell they were here except for the new cap. Thank you so much for the professional work. The wildlife can’t use my chimney for a house anymore.
