Masters Services has the best staff. They converted our fireplace to gas, completed inspection, ran the lines, installed the logs, everything. They are experts- great to work with and amazing at what they do.

We ordered glass door for our fireplace from Masters services and we are very satisfied with excellent service. Jon came out took the measurement and explained the different options and answer all our questions. He cam back within the time frame he specified and installed the glass for us. Again he did an excellent job and was very professional. We highly recommend Masters services.

Jon just installed some fire glass and a h burner in my fireplace. It's gorgeous! I'm very happy. He throughly answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend Masters Services!

The entire process was easy, professional and great. Kelly came out first and gave a very clear and professional estimate. Andrew came out and installed a new customized cap, fixed our flashing, and waterproofed our chimney. The work was great!!

Excellent experience! Best folks to work with that we have had in 25 years in servicing our fireplace. Andrew and Jon are very knowledgeable, do thorough inspection and explain things well. Inspection included examining chimney pipe in attic. Had new damper and spark arrestor installed (old damper broke), and purchased fireplace doors and utensils. Andrew did inspection and sold us the items purchased, and Jon double checked fireplace door measurements and installed the doors. Very pleased with both men. Our chimney did not need cleaning at this time, but we will use them in the future.

Jon came out and gave us an initial assessment after we bought our home, and when we called MS to come back out to do a refurb on our gas fireplace, we were happy to see it was him again, He was so nice and professional the first time, it put us at ease right away.

We were especially impressed with his attention to detail and the importance of keeping a clean workspace. It is by no means a clean and tidy project to scrub gas soot off of some old logs that REALLY needed some TLC, but Jon was impeccably clean, not a smudge of dirt or grime anywhere.

Just like our first encounter, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Also, I noticed the back of his shirt said that they do plumbing as well, so I asked him about a water temperature issue that had been driving us crazy, and with one quick call to a colleague, we knew how to fix it, and...

Andrew did a wonderful job explaining how to work our new (to us) gas fireplace. He also provided a great overview of how to maintain the fireplace. He was neat, efficient and very cordial.

I want to thank Andrew for his excellent customer service. Our scorched fireplace needs extensive work and I feel I was given a fair and honest assessment of the issues and solutions. We will be waiting until we're past the holidays to do the work and we will have Andrew back when it's time.
