Very disappointed. Treated my chimney for about an hour though they said it would be 4-8 hours. Returned to finish the job a few days later after the treatment. About 1/2 hour though estimated 4 hours. Total bill for 1.5 hours work? $1500!!!!! I’m considering the Better Business Bureau. They’ll not receive my business again! 😖

They not only resurrected our 60 year old chimney for almost half the price of the competition, we had some smoke drawing back in and they came out and put the damper back on track for no charge! We highly recommend!

Just had them (Brian was salesman) out to inspect and sweep 8yr old chimney. Brian told me we really didn’t need them now and to call back in a couple of years or if have problem. Loved the honesty! They will definitely get our biz and loyalty.

Chimney cap installed October 1, 2018. Mortar crown, flashing were addressed and elastomeric coatings were applied. I can honestly say, I have the best look cap in the neighborhood. Jason was thorough and very professional. Chimney leak no longer exists and I had good experiences with the office staff.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly... other than the weather not cooperating.

Hired them to replace the fireplace inserts in my fireplace. Each time we used the fireplace the inserts cracked. I followed their advice on how to temper each new inserts but they still cracked. Five times they returned and replaced them. After three months I have a new fireplace but scared to use it cause it will probably crack. The kicker is that the manager stated they would not work on it again. $ 1000.00 dollars wasted. Hey, employees were friendly but need to find another employer. Buyers beware!!!

We called Master Services after extensive research on who to call to repair/clean our fireplace and chimney. We are beyond happy with the customer service and the final product. We are definitely customers for life and can guarantee you won’t find anyone better.
