Masters Services did repair work on our chimney when we purchased our house 4 years ago. The work was excellent so we called them for an inspection and cleaning. The camera inspection revealed a heavy buildup of soot which needed to be removed with a chemical treatment. JD and Shamir applied the treatment. These gentlemen were polite, professional, and efficient. We will continue using Masters Services.

Used masters services for inspecting and cleaning our chimney. Wow great service with good advice and clear explanations of the services provided and the results. They said after using the camera to look up the whole length of the chimney that it did not need cleaned. That was honest and saved us money...great technicians and great quality service they left no mess for me to clean up. Highly recommend their services!!

The previous homeowner used this company in 2017 to clean the chimney and do some other work to the tune of about $1,200. The chimney was not cleaned, which we learned only after having another company look at it when it smelled terrible. The flashing is also peeling off and flapping in the wind and it has never looked right. Having a different company take care of the issues now. I was surprised to see all the good reviews after what we're dealing with.

I just had a new chimney cap installed. The employees that came out to install the chimney were knowledgeable and professional. I like the fact that we got a deal on the type 2 cap which they offered the price we were given by their employee. I would've given them a five star but I had to call them to get the quote which took four days due to their employee not sending measurements for the new chimney cap back to the main office with prices for options. Then it took another day to schedule installation which I had to call to set it up. Which caused water into my chimney from two storms instead of no storms.

We are really impressed with Master Services. We were having problems with the chimney leaking and smoking inside despite the fact another company had recently swept the chimney. Master Services diagnosed the problems provided us with a reasonable estimate and returned quickly to do the needed work. Nick and Xavier did an outstanding job replacing our chimney cap and were very detail oriented and friendly. We are very particular and were very pleased by both the quality and reasonable cost of the work Master Services provided. We will definitely use them in the future for our chimney needs

I am AMAZED at the service provided by Master Services chimney repair in Denton, TX. We've had them come out 3 times. The first time was about 3 years ago to install a new chimney cap. They had to build a custom cap to fit our chimney. It was perfect. Over a year later, we called them out to repair a noise we heard caused by high wind on the chimney. They tightened the cap for no charge, saying they always guaranteed their work. Last month, we called them again because of noise in the chimney during high wind. I am embarrassed to say, it was tree limbs banging against the chimney. Chris and Daniel sawed the limbs off, then insisted on carrying them away from the yard for me. Again, they would accept no pay for a house call and work done, even though the problem had nothing to do with their product. They're just wonderful people!
