Had the best experience with Cody on July 15, 2020. I believed that my damper was broken and had never had my fireplace inspected. Cody and his partner arrived on-time, with appropriate masks, and set out a tarp to inspect my fireplace. The detailed report as well as the customer service, education, and usage instructions they provided were exceptional and I will be using them for any/all future fireplace/chimney needs.
