Master Services did a dryer duct cleaning which was great, except for dumping all the lint straight into my trash can, not bagged, which created a giant mess. Their chimney inspection told me I needed hundreds of dollars of work that the second opinion company did not. They did not listen to me that I would be converting it to gas and way overstated what was needed. He also showed up with no face mask in the middle of the Covid pandemic and tried to show me his tablet and talk to me from 3 feet away.

I haven't used this service in three years, and am sent SMS messages recently to review the services. As I consider this spam, I've reported it to my carrier and blocked the number... But the randomize the numbers they send the SMS messages from, so they make it through my spam filter anyway.
