When I made the appointment the person who a answered the phone was friendly and professional. Joshua came out to the appointment on time, he was very knowledgeable and very professional. Joshua explained things to us on what he was about to do and my next steps. I would recommend this company and Joshua as well. The price was reasonable too.

The chimney caps here look great and have several different color and style options!! Best options by far!!

It's been years but we hired for a chimney sweep and inspection. I was not happy at all because they took my money and all I got was an overpriced bid. They came and did only the inspection and said we needed $2k plus in repairs. They refused to clean the chimney till we did the repairs but I still had to pay the full fee. I called out another reputable company and it was only hundreds in repairs needed so we used the other company. I feel the bid was unfairly high.

I had never before used any chimney service company so I didn't know what to expect. Tim arrived on time and conducted a thorough chimney inspection, both inside and outside. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how they would repair the leaky chimney, showing me the photos he took when he was on the roof, pointing out where the water was getting in. I appreciate such professional service with a friendly smile to go along with it. I definitely made the right choice for a chimney repair service and will call them for any and all chimney issues in the future. Masters Services is now in my contact list on my phone.

I really liked these guys - they replaced the floor of my FP and did a great job!!
