I wanted my chimney cleaned, they said I needed a $250 inspection first. They showed up, inspected, gave me a quote for $17k for massive overhaul and repair. And to top it off they left the fireplace a total mess.

Brock is very professional and helpful. I have not had work done as of yet, but called Master’s Services to inspect and estimate repairs for my chimney where the wood has rotted. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time of the inspection, but Brock called after he finished to go over the estimate and explain everything. I asked multiple questions and Brock took his time explaining the chimney lingo, how often the chimney should be cleaned and inspected. He was very polite and respectful, even provided a folder with insurance information. It’s a big job needing to be completed, but Brock was not pushy in any way. Brock stressed the longer the chimney is in the current condition, the weather will continue to deteriorate the wood which will cause bigger problems such as a leak in the walls/house if not taken care of soon. I called Masters Services after my chimney cap blew off in our recent high winds. I knew I needed something done soon because I started hearing birds in the chimney. Corey came out and did a camera inspection of my chimney today and he was great. He let me watch as he ran the camera through the chimney and he pointed out various places that had age-related mortar issues. Luckily, no bird nests though. He also inspected the exterior of my chimney and located other problem areas. More than anything, I was impressed with how he was patient and willing to answer all of my questions.
