The book is an awesome supplement to the semenar. Scott has years of experience in buying and selling in the Tidewater area of Virginia. He shares all of his successes and failures so that you can benefit from it. Every question you can have, he’s answering it before you can ask it. Highly recommended.

Scott’s live 3 day Training started slow and ramped up with great information. At the end of day 2 my mind couldn’t stop racing from what I learned about his Slow Flip formula. I drove from 2 hours away just to learn this technique and it was worth EVERY BIT of my time and gas!! I also learned other valuable information about presentation, hard money, and private money just to name a few. Definitely worth the investment.

Just completed the Master Investor Academy weekend February 22, 23 & 24. I learned more about real estate then I ever read or heard before. I left motivated and ready to get started.
