I had a slider installed in 2009. It came with a lifetime warranty. About 2 months ago, I noticed there was water between the glass panes of the fixed section. I called Markey and spoke with Rob. He asked me to email him photos of the issue, along with any documentation I had. After dealing with the manufacturer, Rob advised me the manufacturer was not going to honor the lifetime warranty. Markey stuck to their guns, and replaced the entire slider, at their cost. I’ve had all of my windows replaced by Markey, as well as the slider. They really are a great family operated business. There were no discussions, debates or headaches. They showed up on time, replaced the entire slider, cleaned up every bit of debris, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them! I recently had 10 windows from original house built in 1969 replaced. They took their time not to mess up our siding, were professional, and finished the job in a day. It was the most expensive stressless home remolding experience I have ever had. They even hung back my bathroom blind. These guys are outstanding and they really understand customer service. They replaced our gutters and siding. Right from the beginning the foreman introduced himself and said that if I had any concerns, to grab him. And I did and he addressed everything. There was never any push-back (of course my requests were always reasonable). Now, almost two months later, there were some minor gutter/gutter-guard/diverter issues with water overflow. I sent some pictures to our salesman Tom and he said they would address it. Today, one of their top techs came. He spent a couple of hours and made some corrections. They came to replace the plastic wheels on my sliding screen door with metal wheels.

The guys (Andrew, Rob) at James Markey were professional even with being so busy. They stand by their word. I had all the windows in my house replaced in 2004 by James Markey with a life time warranty on the screens. I had an issue this year in 2019 and they promptly took care of it no questions asked!!!
