When looking to replace the 17 windows in our house, we got an estimate from a nationwide competitor (who took 2.5 hours of our time for an estimate/demo) and Markey (who only took about 20 minutes). The competitor was more than double the price of Markey and used scare tactics to try to get us to buy quickly within 3 days. It left a sour taste in our mouths so when the time came that we were ready to move forward, we went with Markey. The sales rep from Markey (Ryan) wasn't pushy at all, gave us a clear understanding of what work had to be done, the steps we needed to take before installation, and what to expect. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgable about the products and what the company would do. Three-man crew arrived promptly as scheduled and completed in three hours in spite of significant access challenges on account of door size and location. I had had significant concerns that the work would require follow-up plaster and paint by myself so I looked over their shoulders the entire time. No problems there.
