Excellent attention to detail, clear communication with the customer so that expectations are met. Used another company prior to using Marina Cleaning and the difference is night and day. Marina Cleaning personnel are respectful of Covid protocols and insist that the customers' needs are met. This is not a franchise, so the owner is involved and cares about quality. Highly recommend Marina Cleaning Services.

Very unhappy overall with cleaning my home. Missed cleaning floors, microwave, bathroom etc etc. Bad response from owner several times and bad attitude. Constant turnover of employees sent to me home not knowing what rooms to clean.

Overall, the owner of this company has tried to do the right thing but she gets stressed and gets a bad attitude. I’ve tried to accommodate this company for many years as well. A couple months ago I wrote a bad review and Marina wanted another chance so I deleted it and gave them another chance. I’m sorry that I did because after raising her prices significantly, her help would miss areas of my home like not washing the kitchen floor at least 4 times, etc., etc,. Therefore, I had to clean my house after they left. Marina has had a never ending change of staff from day one, not due to Covid, that she would send to my house and I would have to take them around to explain which rooms to clean, which I believe was her job. I am going to use a more professional company that knows how to train their help properly and is more hands on. Frustrating doesn’t even come close to what I’ve...

The cleaners were prompt, pleasant, and did a great job. We are no longer customers because we moved out of the area and they did a marvelous job working around our packing mess. I highly recommend Marina’s service.
Marina is a local resident who has built a highly professional cleaning service. She visited our house and walked through with me before the first cleaning and paid careful attention to what I wanted done and what I didn’t want. After an initial cleaning, we set up a regular biweekly visit by her cleaning crews of 2-4 people. It’s clear that Marina chooses her employees carefully; they behave professionally and do an excellent job. They arrive within the scheduled time frame and the house always looks great when they are finished. We’ve had several different cleaning people/services through the years, and recommend Marina without hesitation.
