Marina Cleaning personnel are respectful of Covid protocols and insist that the customers' needs are met. This is not a franchise, so the owner is involved and cares about quality. Marina is a local resident who has built a highly professional cleaning service. She visited our house and walked through with me before the first cleaning and paid careful attention to what I wanted done and what I didn’t want. After an initial cleaning, we set up a regular biweekly visit by her cleaning crews of 2-4 people. It’s clear that Marina chooses her employees carefully; they behave professionally and do an excellent job. They arrive within the scheduled time frame and the house always looks great when they are finished.
