Marc is an amazing real estate agent. In this incredibly tough housing market, he showed us several houses and correctly identified the type of house that suited my family the best. Through his real estate contacts, he became aware of a home that had been under contract, but the buyer was struggling with financing. We went to see the house and it fit our needs so well. The second the financing fell through, we put in an offer that was accepted. The house never even relisted on Zillow, which made it easier to have our offer accepted. Closing was three weeks later.
