Maid Brigade

The owners at Maid Brigade are so incredibly diligent about any needs we have. Their staff shows up when they are supposed to and are so careful to do great work and not disrupt anything. They are simply excellent throughout the whole organization.

did not clean the kitchen floor well, there was dirt still there. the countertops were still sticky. house did not have a clean feeling. and ridiculously expensive. I have used other services before and this by far was most disappointing. They refunded us 15 percent of what we paid

I was told my visits would be around 145 to 155 with the exception of my first visit which would be 300+ because they need to figure out the house and cleaning time. I agreed and the first visit was what I expected and then my 2 following visits were lowered. I tried to schedule my visits earlier in the week so I had them remove me from the schedule. When I called to be added back to the schedule I was told they will charge me 300 for every visit moving forward. This is poor business . It is the same house every time, no reasons to raise rates arbitrarily. They also broke mugs and Everytime they left my dishwasher full with dirty dishes after requesting to have them done and put away. Why would I pay a service to clean my house if I still need to come home and do the dishes. Seemed like a good service at first but they never honored my request to remove me from Fridays and they...
