Magic Solutions Cleaning was fantastic to work with.

They did carpet and upholstery cleaning, and the results were excellent. All stains came out, and everything smells fresh and clean.

What really stood out was their communication and professionalism. They were clear, prompt, and extremely professional from start to finish. Easily the best communication I’ve experienced with a service provider.

I was also impressed by their fair pricing. They actually revised the estimate down when they realized a room was smaller than expected, which I never would have anticipated. That level of honesty really stood out.

I’m so grateful to have found Magic Solutions to clean my carpets – from start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. I have a senior dog who had an allergic reaction to the cleaning agents used by a different company the last time I had the carpets cleaned. Morgan listened to my concerns and used a fragrance-free plant based cleaner. The carpets came out great, and my dog had no reaction at all. Magic Solutions were incredibly friendly and flexible from start to finish.They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Morgan arrived promptly and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeting in my bedroom and living room - berber is notoriously difficult to clean without leaving brown marks. He then did a great job on my rear cottage shag rug and stairs. The best job I've had done in 35 years (Sequoia, Colt). They followed up with a lovely, personalized thank you card via USPS. Just a great, warm, familial small business that does a terrific job.

Morgan is everything you want in a service professional -- competent, careful with your furnishings, efficient without rushing, respectful and friendly, educates you about what he's doing and the products he's using, doesn't try to sell you what you don't need, reasonably priced, and notices even faint/tiny spots and stains and takes care of them. I'll hire this company again.

We were super impressed with Magic Solutions Carpet Cleaning. They were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job on our old carpet. They dried fast, smelled great and looked 100 times better than they did when they came.
