**EDIT** Jeremy reached out to me by phone and apologized. He explained that a change in the phone system had caused problems for them, and that my proposal had fallen through the cracks at a tumultuous time. I totally understand - life is messy and things happen. The fact that he reached out to me, was responsible, apologized and wanted to send me the proposal (with a discount) if I was still interested says a lot to me about the way that he and the team at Made in the Shade do business.

My wife and I ordered Top-Down Bottom-Up blinds with Motorized actuation from an online store and they showed up not as ordered. After two months of arguing they realized they were wrong.
