From first point of contact to installation, Made in the Shade is client focused. Everyone was so easy to get ahold of, took care of all of my concerns and went above and beyond. We love our new cellular shades that Cheryl suggested for their insulating factor. Because they operate from either the top or bottom, it's easy to regulate the light and the cold air coming through our old windows. We are so happy with the way they look from the inside and street side. My neighbor even went out of her way and asked, "who did your shades...they look great!" I highly recommend Made in the Shade Blinds and More KC! They do what they promise...full customer satisfaction, accurate measurement, great design advice!
