We used made in the shade for our brand new home. Everyone we worked with was amazing. From the first consult in picking out everything we wanted, they took so much time with us to ensure we’d be happy. Installation was quick after our order came in. About a year later we had a small breakage in our backdoor window treatment (our fault) and they were so quick to respond to set up a time to come get this fixed.
