From the very first booking, the person who handled the phone call explained the entire process very kindly and clearly. They also documented everything in writing, which made me feel safe and confident that this was a trustworthy company.
On the day of service, the two cleaners arrived right on time and came fully equipped with professional cleaning tools. They carefully cleaned all the areas I specifically requested without missing anything.
They mentioned that they might need an extra hour to finish, but since I preferred not to extend the time, they worked more efficiently and completed all the cleaning within the originally agreed time.
I will definitely use this company again if I ever need cleaning services in the future
