There was a good variety of size for washers and dryers, each of modern design and features. The price was reasonable too.

The facility was perfectly clean with helpful amenities such as privacy seating, large screen television and outlets optimized for usb device charging.

The staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating with advice and requests. It would not be a stretch to say they have the best customer service I've experienced at a laundromat. They went above and beyond to deliver quality service.

For all Spanish-speaking Latinos in Washington, you have to come to this laundromat here in Mountlake Terrace. The staff are very friendly. The machine to request your credit card has a Spanish option. If you don't have soap, they have everything here: comfortable places to wait while your clothes are being washed, an outlet to charge your phone, and two TVs for entertainment. I've been to 32 states in the United States, so I can say with complete confidence that this is the best place.

Wow, just wow. I didn’t realize that laundry service can be that nice. Owner is super nice and helpful. Explained everything. Nice rest area to wait and enjoy fizzy bevi refresher.
I even feel this is an another good place to visit when in Seattle :)

This place is state of the art future thinking new school at the same possibly lower price compared to the other water wasting cloths damaging laundromats out there. And the owners are great. Dude was hella helpful informative and chill. Fixed my washer and am still going to lumen… hahaha
