Lotus Behavioral Health

I cannot find the words to express how wonderful Lotus Behavioral Health was for my child. We had tried other programs without success. Then, we were referred to Lotus and from the moment we arrived, I was moved by the amount of compassion and caring that the staff had for us as a family. It took some time and work to get to a point of recovery, it was worth it. If you ever find yourself needing these kinds of services, don’t waste any more time. The staff at Lotus is amazing and will work with you to help your child. I cannot thank them enough for getting us through a really rough time.

Don’t send your child here if you’re looking for a trustworthy therapist that doesn’t violate confidentiality laws. A few yrs ago as a teen my parents took me here. I confided in her and told her about my activities with my boyfriend, which were not a harm to myself or others in any way. She asked me, “Do you want to tell him, or should I?” right in front of my dad after a session. Basically pressuring me to tell him, or else she’ll do it herself. This caused major trust issues for me as a teen, as well as causing a huge rift between my father and I. After that, I never trusted a therapist again. Thanks Lotus!!

Very little contact. Large numbers of medical errors. Large numbers of insurance errors. Charged my card for twice as much as stipulated.

In the end my child is much worse off.

So grateful to work with Janelle and the team at Lotus who always put the best interest of the teenager first! The facility is also very nice and serene, providing an excellent place for healing.

I am very impressed with Lotus. This is a very warm, welcoming and structured facility.

Seeing the allocation I can say that it’s a beautiful place to start your healing!!! The atmosphere brings out hope to overcoming substance abuse with a comprehensive team that focuses on understanding and wellness!
