Local Floor Cleaner

I contacted Local Floor Cleaner for grout cleaning. Our first floor is 90% tile with a lot of dirty grout. Skylar came in measured, gave me an estimate and told me that he was a family business and he was committed to great service. We had other estimates but I liked him when he came through the front door. We booked him, he was on time and reviewed everything he was going to do. We asked him about carpet cleaning and after a long day we have beautiful tile floors throughout our first floor with sparkling clean carpet upstairs. A pleasure to work with and committed to doing the best job. I will use him again in the future and recommend him to my friends.

He does furniture too! When Skylar showed me all the cat hair, I nearly fainted. I never saw it even though I regularly vacuum my furniture. And I somehow had missed the fudgesicle stick in the wrapper that worked its way down under the cushion. Skylar found it and just calmly handed it to me with a smile on his face :) So polite! He said he has two young boys. I don't have that excuse, just two cats. Now everything is all clean! He did a fantastic job!

Great service! We had them clean our off-white dining room chairs and entry tile / grout. Everything looks new again and they were able to get out the stains we never could.

Very detailed cleaning and fast

I had Skylar come and clean my tile. 3 things for my review, 1) He was flexible on scheduling and prompt, 2) CLEAN cut and professional, not one hint of seediness, 3) did a great job on my floor, seeing as I have 4 small children that was as close to a miracle as you get without canonization. I am going to have him come back and do the carpet up stairs for sure.
