Easy to schedule with good availability. Was able to get a quick appt. Alex was the cleaner that came. Super professional, respectful of my home and knew what he was doing. Exceeded my expectations because her was able to make a coffee stain almost disappear that I and other cleaners have been unable to get out. (And it was a year old stain 🤯) He also got stains up from my closet that other cleaners never took the time to get out. Honestly best service best quality. Won’t use anyone else now. 5 ⭐️’s. Would 💯 recommend.

I rarely leave a review, but this company went above and beyond my expectations. Even though it was only one rug, the Customer Service from the beginning has been exceptional! You can tell they really value their customers. They were friendly from the first phone call and on the day of the service they texted me keeping me updated on the technicians arrival time.
Our technician Alec was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and the rug came out beautifully! (An Off-white rug with pet stains that I thought Was probably ruined).
I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Very impressed with how clean my tiles floors look. We have close to 1,000 sq feet of tile and I never expected these results. The floors look brand new. I highly recommend Local Floor Cleaner and so glad I listened to all the other reviews. Amazing job.
