I highly recommend Local Floor Cleaner. They were prompt, courteous and did a fabulous job thoroughly cleaning a tiled patio that was stained by eucalyptus branches, leaves and blossom. They sealed the tile even though it was porcelain, as well as the caulking. I'll be protected if there's another tropical storm like the one in San Diego last week. These guys are great! I hired them to do my velvet dining chairs my Arhaus couch and two other couches and they all look phenomenal. I was worried about the Arhaus couch because it is a special fabric, but it looks perfect. They were extremely professional and I will definitely be hiring them next time I need my furniture cleaned!
