I was referred to Local Floor Cleaner by a neighbor who used their service to clean their carpets. Our property Mngr recommended another but based on stellar reviews, I went w/Local Floor. Jennifer coord a visit for an estimate the same day I called. Communications w/consistent and I rcvd updates the day of my sched appt. Alec did a thorough job and he took his time to give proper attn to high traffic areas. Alec left me w/a spray btl of cleaner for spot cleaning, that was a very nice touch. Local Floor Cleaner gave me an accurate and reasonable quote over the phone, arrived on time the day that worked for me, and did a great job cleaning my rug and dining room chairs. I appreciate the professionalism of cleaning my rug outside so as to not damage my hardwood floors and agreeing to clean the chairs outside as well so my work would not be disturbed. Skylar did a great job cleaning the stains out of the chairs and getting my rug clean and fresh smelling. I so appreciate that I have a new carpet/fabric cleaner that is local to Encinitas.
