Little Sunshines Academy - Winterville

Little Sunshine’s Academy! This has been an amazing school for my Kindergartener. His emotions has calmed and he’s began expressing himself so well. Everyday he speaks of a new activity or friend he has made. Including his teachers, Ms.Qua and Ms.Latifa.
As a teacher who also works here, it makes me extremely happy to know that my son is being encouraged mentally and emotionally. Little Sunshine’s has blessed us with many opportunities for growth in learning and we can not be more thankful.
Thank you MsAshley and MsMac for always showing understanding and patience with me as I navigate this new space of being a teacher and school-age mom.

I am a teacher at this location and I absolutely love my job! I get a chance to bond with the children and build relationships with them. I love seeing all the different personalities and watching them grow. Being a shining part of their childhood is the best reward💛

Little Sunshine school is a wonderful filled with amazing ideas and people i love where i work and that i can twist up and make it fun for my school age I have good and bad days but still pull through and walk out with mindset that we made it!

When you walk in the center you are always welcomed by whoever is around. The teachers are passionate about caring and teacher the children. It surely feel like home! Of course we have room to grow, and get better but overall I love my team! 🫶🏾 Wonderful mentors also.

As a teacher at Little Sunshines Academy. I thoroughly enjoy working with students and I enjoy interacting and having fun with all my students. LSAW is an amazing place to work! I enjoy doing crafts and outside play with all the kids also, implementing sign language and Spanish in our curriculum.

The teachers truly love and care for the children as their own. The energy the teachers show and give to the children is unmatched elsewhere. The kids actually look forward to coming each day and seeing their teachers and the activities that are done.

Family oriented Academy who puts the students first above all else.

As a toddler teacher at LSAW, this place is a great working environment with great support from higher up’s. Every teacher cares deeply for all of the children there including myself and there is never a dull moment. 💛

As a teacher working at Little Sunshine Academy, it truly warms my heart to get to work at this center. We are really a community that comes together to care for the children. It is an honor to care for these children. While sometimes they may act up, we love them all the same and that will never change.
