Josh Randall started Lights Over DMV Outdoor Landscape Lighting with an expression of his passion for the design layout and installation of dramatic landscape lighting. We're locally owned and operated and get excited every time we're able to provide dramatic, elegant LED lighting to homeowners on a budget. Creating the overall design plan tailored to fit each customer’s budget, desired look/result and timeline is the way Lights Over DMV does business. Always has, always will!

Josh and his team are excellent at what they do. His pricing is fair and competitive, yet his work goes above and beyond. If an issue arises, Josh will be on it right away no matter what time of night it is to make things right.
