The receptionist is absolutely terrible. I was given one day notice to come in and take a urine or I wouldn’t be given my medication during the COVID epidemic. The receptionist was completely rude and she always puts you on hold I’ve seen her just sitting there not answering the phone idek what she does. All the doctors are great it’s just very unfortunate how they operate and the people they hire that can’t do a simple job of answering the phone
