I have been a patient at Lifestream Health Center for over three years. They have always treated me with a feeling of importance and respect. Since COVID-19 they have made a seamless transition from in-office appointments to virtual-visits. I will continue to recommend Lifestream to my friends and family.

I trust everyone in this office. I was injured in the job a very long time ago. My case is dept. Of labor and its very hard to find a great Dr that accepts them. My Dr of 22 years had retired so I saw several Dr's. This office was suggested to me from a sister because the Dr I had been seeing was horrible. You didnt even get 1 minute with him before you were rushed out of the office. Dr Merritt's office you are seen almost every time in time. You are never rushed you have all the time you need to talk about anything that's bothering you.i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DR'S office for pain management.

Dr. Merritt is excellent, compassionate and has given me relief from chronic pain due severe, treatment-resistant RA. I received a cervical epidural procedure in her office a couple weeks ago that has relieved neck & shoulder pain and frequent headaches. I recommend Dr. Merritt and Lifestream without hesitation.
