Sometimes the greatest compliment is to say I have no complaints. While I’ll always want a better price and lower costs, they are competitively priced. The consultations and support have been great. Medications and shipments always on schedule and my weight loss journey continues to be phenomenal! Bottom line - I’m happy and have no complaints! 👍🏼😃

He was patient, listened to my concerns and my questions, and handled everything very professionally I felt cared for, which is so important when you’re on a weight loss journey like I am. I had an issue with a delivery so I called and Julie, the customer service rep, was most helpful. She didn’t immediately have an answer but told me she would get back to me with a half hour. She returns my call in about 10 minutes with the issue fully resolved. Fantastic service
