I have to say I lost 17 pound in one month. Noah became a friend who taught me to change my eating habits and he kept his word. It absolutely drop my appetite well beyond my expectations. Due to a few medical hiccups I have to take June off (today was my last injections) but I have no doubt my brain has been trained. I’ve only been doing this for two weeks, but so far I can feel the change in my moods, my sleep habits are so much better and I have so much more energy during the day. Still have not lost any weight yet but I know it’s early on. So I can report back as time goes on but so far the staff is so supportive they are wonderful, I text and talk to someone every day.
