Since the have been on this medication and B12 for energy… I started off slow and built up to the main dosing. It’s true.. you start to notice your appetite decreasing for sweets and salty foods. I finally cut out all my diet pop.. just water. That was a big sacrifice but I was so serious about this program working. I started about 2 months ago and have lots 18lbs.
