I received my first shipment of medication today. I called the number I was given and spoke with Gabriel. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with him. He was very courteous and patient with all of my questions. He gave me directions for taking my first injection. His step by step directions were thorough, yet easy to understand. Been using LifeRX for over a year now and their customer service is always amazing. Any billing or shipping issues are always handed quickly. Had a small billing issue and Crystal called me to apologize and reassure me that she would make sure the issue doesn’t happen again. She was so uplifting and personable.
