I called and paid for my medication on Friday, September 20 I did inform the representative that I will be going out of town and I would prefer to have the medication delivered once I returned she insisted that it would be delivered express and not to worry. Then I received an email stating that I will receive it in 7 to 10 days. I grew extremely worried so I called and spoke to Julie. She was extremely helpful Julie Try to stop the shipping however it seemed to be too late. She did provide me with a tracking # and informed me that if I needed to have the package resent that it would be taken care of and apologized for the inconvenience.

The process was easy and quick. I hit a snag with the pharmacy, but once it was brought to Liferx attention they fixed the issue quickly. The customer service was great.

Update 09/23/25: My dosage changed and Julie called to make sure I understood the dosage and explained the medication change. Can't beat that kind of customer service.

I have been using life RX – MD since November. I have only had great interactions with the nurses and support staff. In particular today, I had to speak with someone due to surgery and I spoke with Julie. She was wonderful help negotiate where I should start again and was very supportive of me talking about some of my Concerns from my procedure. She was lovely and I feel much better starting back

I started my weight-loss journey with LifeRX along with the extra special care from Brian W. and most recently Gabriel a year and a half ago. I unfortunately had a bad taste in my mouth dealing with my prescription insurance so I was ready for issues. Boy was I wrong. The care given by Gabriel and by some of the other customer reps was amazing. He was very helpful, very patient, and refilled my prescription in a very short time.
