I’ve been on this for about 10 weeks and I have lost 40 lbs. My appetite has really decreased and I have more energy. I recommend this to anyone that is having issues losing weight. If you have tried to lose weight with pills, exercise or healthy eating and have not been successful you need to try this. I haven’t exercised nor changed my food but because my appetite is non existent I have been successful.
