The nutrition and diet counseling I received via phone today was extremely helpful. I struggled to get enough protein each day. Daniel with LifeRx clearly reviewed my daily caloric and protein goals with me and provided several ways that I can easily achieve target intakes. I really appreciate his encouragement and guidance.
