This not a company that just sells weight loss items - they really care - they will call you to check on how your doing - if you answer a question on there one month questioner they will call you to make sure your getting the correct dosage - my contact this month was Sabin, he is professional, knowledgeable - and has a sense of humor - but I have found this to be true with all the contacts I have had in the past 6 months - to achieve your weight goals there is no better company

This company is very responsive when you contact them. They don't have a bunch of automated systems to get through when you call. Ashley in the escalation department is amazing and listens to your issue and resolves it immediately. Best customer service I've had in years.
