I have been using life RX – MD since November. I have only had great interactions with the nurses and support staff. In particular today, I had to speak with someone due to surgery and I spoke with Julie. She was wonderful help negotiate where I should start again and was very supportive of me talking about some of my Concerns from my procedure. She was lovely and I feel much better starting back

I started my weight-loss journey with LifeRX along with the extra special care from Brian W. and most recently Gabriel a year and a half ago. I unfortunately had a bad taste in my mouth dealing with my prescription insurance so I was ready for issues. Boy was I wrong. The care given by Gabriel and by some of the other customer reps was amazing. He was very helpful, very patient, and refilled my prescription in a very short time. I highly recommend using Liferx for your weight-loss journey. Dont forget to ask for Gabriel when you call!!!

I found the providers at Liferx are so very helpful and truly want you to be successful. When I call the escalation team, whoever answers are patient and respectful and more than eager to help. Sabin was terrific. Took care of me in no time and answered my questions.

This company is awesome!!! I’ve been on tirzepatide for about 2 years now and have used different places, this one is by far the best. I am able to call them at anytime with any questions I have and someone actually answers the phone and gives me an answer. I’m excited to add sermorelin to my routine. Shipping was really fast!
