This has been an amazingly positive experience! I’m consistently loosing weight that I have had put on me for years. I’ve tried everything to take off the excessive weight & nothing worked until now. This is the first month and I am down 6 pounds. I wish I had. more exercises and and my food but because I’m a stroke survivor sometimes I can’t go and get to walking because it’s hurt or my head is pounding because I just had another stroke this Monday. My dad helps me a lot but he’s working on getting me the food I need so for a month I’ll say it was a good because I was stuck and I thank you for giving me the tools for me to be better
