This has been a gift! I have lost 20 pounds in 14 weeks and am feeling like my old self again. I had in my brain that I should lose 20 pounds in a few weeks 😳 but what I appreciate about this is that it is STEADY and SUSTAINABLE. I haven’t cut out entire food groups to get here and I am able to have normal meals around the table. My cravings have disappeared and I am no longer snacking at night.
