I received outstanding customer service from my liaison Ashley George. From the beginning of the call, she clearly identified herself, was able to see my details without asking for me to repeat them. She was able to clearly explain the pricing of medication and process for shipping and allowed me to ask follow up questions. I was very impressed with that level of service because normally, people are not willing to say more than 2-3 words before hurrying you off the call.
