Ashley George answered all my questions with care and professionalism. She was a real pleasure to speak with about my medication and nutritional needs.

I will say I have struggled with this company’s quality of care in the past but speaking with her gave me hope that maybe the company is starting to hire people that care.

My experience has been superb...there were a discrepancy with my dose, Ashley George was very helpful, she listens to what I had to say, and take the extra time to go step by step explaining everything, also supportive of my weight loss journey, this company seems to care. :)

Spoke with Ashley George about UPS sending the weather update and told her my concerns about possibly the ice melting due to the weather holding them up she got right on the problem and got new vile sent out imeadly at NO CHARGE! She was a pleasure to talk to thank you again Ashley!
