So nice I did it TWICE. Jason is just THE NICEST person. Importantly, while his pleasant/easy-going nature and reassuring manner put me at ease throughout the buying/selling processes. Jason negotiated on my behalf successfully and to my satisfaction. Initially, Jason assisted me with buying my condo. Within minutes of my internet outreach, Jason gave me a call. And, I was AMAZED at how quickly he responded to my inquiry. So, I disregarded the subsequent calls of other agents and met with Jason in person, hoping that his immediate response was an indication of his business style. And, I was RIGHT. I was desperately looking for a new home, I went through a few different agents that were not helping me fast enough. One night a friend gave me Jason’s number, I called him and told him my situation. The next morning he sent me a house, we went and looked at it and by that evening we were under contract.
