I could easily fill a whole book detailing why I’ll never return to this medical practice. They have completely lost my trust by withholding access to my medical records, violating my confidence, manipulating medications, and engaging in false advertising. If you’re considering this place for your healthcare, do yourself a favor: research other clinics thoroughly and steer clear—run as fast as you can!

Lack of empathy. Very short and exhibited irritation, presuming I was making up symptoms to draw a disability claim in order to establish care with the VA. Felt like I was being interrogated, looking more for reason as to NOT help versus truly showing care. These claims and assessments should be performed by doctors and providers who have served and have a full understanding of the impact of military service on someone’s heath, since she has no way of relating to service members. Not veteran friendly. All funding from the VA should be revoked on this provider. She’s not hear to help.
